InPost incrementa su plantilla en un 25,2 % en2025 impulsada por su expansión en Iberia.
El área de Operaciones es la que más ha crecido y se ha reforzado el departamento de atención al cliente en más de un 60% con motivo de la peak season.
La compañía también ha renovado algunos puestos directivos, con la incorporación de Marc Vicente como CEO de InPost Iberia; Luis Florit, en el área Comercial y Adriana Collado, en la de Marketing.
InPost, líder europeo en logística de comercio electrónico, ha aumentado su plantilla en Iberia en un 25,2% este año, desde el 1 de enero hasta el 30 de octubre, siendo el equipo de Operaciones el que más ha crecido. Este incremento refleja la apuesta de la compañía por expandirse dentro de la Península Ibérica y continuar creciendo a nivel europeo.
Durante este ejercicio, InPost ha incorporado 88 nuevos profesionales, reforzando sus equipos de operaciones, tecnología y atención al cliente, con el objetivo de responder con la máxima calidad ante períodos de alta demanda.
En este sentido, InPost ha aumentado el equipo de mozos de almacén en más de un 74%, respecto a las cifras del año pasado, contando con 1.189; además en comparación con 2022, se han sumado un 47% más de repartidores y furgonetas de última milla, llegando a los 2.432 profesionales.
Por otro lado, el equipo de atención al cliente ha crecido en más de un 60%, con el objetivo de mejorar la experiencia de compra de los usuarios y reducir los tiempos en la resolución de las posibles incidencias.
Estas cifras son fruto de la consolidación del modelo híbrido de InPost, que combina los envíos a Lockers y Puntos Pack, con la reciente adquisición de Sending, con envíos a domicilio.
Cambios en la cúpula directiva
Este año, InPost Iberia también ha vivido cambios en su cúpula directiva. Así, se ha incorporado su nuevo CEO en Iberia, Marc Vicente, en sustitución de Nicola D’Elia.
También se han incorporado al equipo humano de la compañía los directores de diferentes áreas como Luis Florit, Director Comercial de España y Portugal, y Adriana Collado, como Directora de Marketing para Iberia.
Crecimiento sostenido
El aumento de plantilla acompaña al fuerte crecimiento de la infraestructura de InPost en España y Portugal, donde la compañía ha ampliado su red logística con dos nuevas naves en Córdoba y Mallorca. Estas aperturas han generado 75 nuevos empleos indirectos, consolidando el compromiso de la empresa con el desarrollo local y la creación de oportunidades en el sector logístico. Actualmente, InPost cuenta con 9 hubs y 37 almacenes operativos en España, lo que le permite gestionar hasta 500.000 paquetes al día.
